Are flowers a sign that a guy has cheated?

I haven't spoken or seen my boyfriend in 5 months. We've been together for over a year. He doesn't call me, let me know where he is, or send me letters. I know he's going through a lot of depression, but he has a right to express his feelings to me. One day he decides to send me flowers and he's never done that before. Should I be worried that these flowers are a gift of guilt or a gift of love?

If he hasn't seen you in awhile I would think they were to remind you that he loves you and misses you!! Don't worry if he was cheating he probably wouldn't send you anything at all!
Reply:Either way, he is reaching out to you. After five months of no communication, you are still calling him your boyfriend, so it would seem that you also have feelings for him and have been incredibly patient. Assume the best - you can't go wrong with that - and if it is something else, you will eventually know. It's not worth getting upset over, when it may be a way to get back what you had.

Reply:Or that he stole them. Would NO FLOWERS have been better? Why do girls try to complicate even the slightest thing a guy does. Either accept the darn flowers or throw them in the trash. Life's to short for mind games.
