Are flowers a good Christmas Gift for mom?
Flowers are a great gift and they show that you care especially when you get the ones she really likes.

Reply:I think flowers make a beautiful Christmas gift--just bring them yourself or arrange for them to be delivered before Christmas Day itself, as most florists won't deliver that day.





Sure, flowers are going to die, but they're meant to be enjoyed while they're alive. Would you rather have a week of beautiful flowers or a lifetime of a trinket collecting dust on the shelf? (Of course, these aren't the only two options.)





1-800-flowers and FTD have beautiful arrangements. Some come with vases or baskets you can keep. If you're putting together the arrangement yourself, you can even get great flowers at the supermarket. You can also find your own vase to put them in.
Reply:Yes, it could be a gift to mom on Christmas. But speaking for myself since I'm a mom, I like to receive flowers on other occasions but not Christmas and my b-day. Most mom prefer something very special for herself on Christmas and bday.

Reply:yea but you could do better, how about a voucher for a massage or a leg wax or a facial. Mums also love hand made gifts from their kids.

You could give her flowers, and/or a houseplant that lives on.
