Why is it women like unpractical gifts?

why do women want gifts like gems and flowers which are over priced and worth nothing?

Why is it women like unpractical gifts?
Gems and flowers? I think flowers are pretty, and it would nice to get them but I would rather have something like a book. Flowers die and turn water brown so that's the point. Gems, maybe those rocks that have like the gems and what not inside them. Those are so beautiful! I would love one to recive something like that. But like I said before something like a book (I read alot) maybe a video game would be cool too.

Reply:not all are like that... but some just want to take the opportunity that the man they wanted to be with will be the man Who can give everyhting to them, and sometimes when the two of you are married they can't request you those things anymore
