Reply:Spring Clean her house for her, do her ironing, something to help her out. Those are the types of things my mother has always appreciated. Or anything handmade.
I know I would love to have someone come over and help me wash walls.
Reply:Well, I am not exactly fond of my mother in law, so I don't want to spend a lot of money on her... I bought a pocket photo album (I have a daughter she is obsessed with) the photo album says "Grandma's Brag Book", I am going to put a good picture of my daughter in it, put it in a nice gift bag with some tissue paper and call it done. She will love it, and it cost me under 10 bucks!
