What are your favourite flowers and why ? A free bouquet for the best answer.?
My favorite flowers are the ones my kids made for me from pipe cleaners and coffee filters when they were younger - I treasure them and have them displayed on my desk at work in a Mother's Day "vase" they painted for me from a soup can. My sons are older now, 13 and 12, but they're still my favorite flowers. However, if I were to choose one person to receive flowers, it would be my step-mom, Leona. My dad died in Sept of 98, and until his death he used to bring her flowers all the time - she loves fresh flowers of all kinds! I try and remember to bring her flowers on her birthday in memory of my dad... but I know if he's looking down from heaven, he'd love to see her receive flowers from someone else, knowing that in a real roundabout way, they were inspired by him. Her favorites are anything purple - her favorite color.

Reply:I love roses. Yellow friendship, pink for love, red for true love. I love them all. They smell nice and they are beautiful Red ones don't last as long as the other colors. I sent some to my friend that I bought at a flower show. It was her birthday in March. I bought yellow ones. They were beautiful

Reply:my flower is lilacs/white roses but i would send flowers to my mom most likely since my dad doesn't get her flowers that often. She likes easter lilys especial since her birthday is normally around easter.

Ummm i would probably send them to my dad who just lost is wife and friend tocancer a year ago and now he's trying to get back into the dating game.But there are a lot of gold diggers out there and i would say theywere from his two lovely women in his life his daughters.Is that sappy?Carnations are my favourite flower actaully there my sister and my moms favourite flower why because they come in sooo many beautiful colours and they last for like a month.
Reply:My favorite flowers are the ones growing in my garden or anyone else. The ones growing wild along the highway. The little ones tucked in a corner under a bush in the woods. All flowers are my favorite at the time I see them! Nature sure does know how to create the most beautiful art I have ever seen. I love the feeling of wonder and awe at the never ending display that nature puts on for everyone. They bring me JOY!!!!!

Reply:I would send it to my mother. Yeah I know its probably a typical answer. But my mother has been through so much this past year, without going into to much detail. Only hope she is truly happy this year and that God knows he hears all her prayers. Sunflowers would make her happy. They are the 'Happy" flower.
Reply:If I had to pick a favorite flower, I'd have to say Gerbera Daisies. I love all the bold colors they come in. Even just a couple of them look striking in a vase. They last a good while, too, which is important to me.

Reply:My favorite flowers are pansies because my grandmother used to plant them everywhere and daisies because they look so happy. i also love lily of the valley because one of my most poignant memories of my other grandmom is that was one of the last things she was actually able to smell as she got older. she is 93 now and has just been told that one of her heart valves is so small it is barely pumping. they say one night she'll fall asleep and just not wake up. i'm going to visit her next week in Nashville (i live in Boston) cause i guess it'll be my last chance. she doesn't have much short term memory anymore, so giving her flowers would be perfect. i'd send her a colorful, cheerful bouquet so that each time she saw it on the table it would be a new surprise for her.
