What potted flowers would make a good valentine's gift?

i want to give flowers on valentine's day, but want to give something that will last more than a couple of days. can anyone suggest some good potted flowers/plants that i could send as an alternative?

You could always go with Gerber daisies, lilies, or tulips.





Oh, I have an idea, I remember one year (a long time ago), my husband gave me a Rose Bush... he said that he was giving me something that would give me more than a dozen roses. I loved that!
Reply:I like the rose bush suggestion, but what about potted dwarf oriental or asiatic liliums, they are gorgeous and as far as I know, perennial so they'll come back every year
